I’m excited to launch these beauties! These gorgeous reflection cards (printed on seeded paper) were an original element from our Press Pause self-care kit. They are now available to purchase as our Nurture & Bloom guided cards set. Over three months you will be invited to focus on one -step at a time and following these steps you can plant your “cards” to grow cute swan river daisies!
Your purchase includes three printed cards (sent to you via Aussie Post) and one PDF workbook (sent to your inbox).

Begin to ask the questions and connect to the answers within.
Check-in with your own needs and desires regularly, actively and consistently.
The Nurture & Bloom guided conversation cards have two purposes; firstly they can be used to focus on one-step-at-a-time moving forward in your wellbeing journey, and secondly, once you are ready to release (or have completed that step), it’s time to plant your card and watch Swan River Daisies bloom!
Reflect on the questions
These seeded cards invite you to ask yourself some simple yet important questions in relation to your health and wellbeing. Connect to the answers within and work towards creating positive changes to prioritise taking care of yourself.
Over three months, you will be invited to work through one question/action every two weeks. This is about easing yourself into making changes. The Nurture Nourish Flow approach is to adopt one step at a time (no need for a complete overhaul).
Taking action – find what works for you! You may choose to meditate on the question covering your eyes with an eye pillow, reflect in a journal, talk to yourself out loud or consider the answers over a cup of tea. It’s key that you really tune in to what is important to you and begin to tune out the external noise. Far too often decisions, steps and actions that we take in our health and wellbeing are driven by external forces (diet plans, what our friends have tried, one-size fits all approaches) rather than considering our own needs and wants.
Please don’t rush through the process. Each month has been carefully thought out with the idea being that you work on one step, create the positive change and consistently work on that change, before moving to the next.
Once you have found your answer or guidance to the question, use the two-week period to begin making small positive changes in that particular area. When you feel you have completed the monthly steps, plant your seeded paper and move on to the next.
Orders can be posted within Australia only. You will receive 3 cards in total (printed on seeded paper) and a digital PDF file (guidance on how to use the cards and suggested activities/tips) will be emailed to you.
